The Monarch Midi HE PRO is a next-generation smart water softener that combines Monarch’s proven water-softening technology with advanced WiFi connectivity. Designed to fit seamlessly into the modern home, this highly efficient unit is suitable for households of 1 to 6 people.

At its core, the Midi HE PRO features intelligent Opti-Brining technology, which monitors household water usage patterns and only regenerates the resin that has actually been used. This significantly reduces salt, water, and energy consumption. It also includes a high-capacity unique resin and a Customer Protect Programme (CPP) that automatically detects plumbing leaks, manages regeneration times (delayed until 2:00 AM), and adjusts to BST/GMT shifts.

For installation flexibility, it comes with a Rapid-Fit bypass that reduces the number of components required for installation by up to 85%, alongside a standard installation kit and a water hardness test kit.
